Exterior Shoot Special - $60

Are you considering putting your property on the market in the spring? Is there a chance you may list it during the winter months? Preserve the summer (green) look by having the exterior photographed now. An in season image is important of course. Many properties show much better in the warmer months. Why not have the ability to have both?

If you order the shoot now, I can select a day with a blue sky and puffy clouds--so no overcast, cloudy-day shots for your listing.

Several front and rear views of the property are taken, edited, and placed in a web-accessible folder.
Other advantages are that no one is required to be home for an exterior shoot, and the more expensive, complete shoot is delayed until it is needed.

Are you ready to sell or already have a property on the market? I will do a series of photographs (inside and out), typically resulting in 20+ images. Each photograph will be touched up to make a good impression for your web or print-based listing; in other words, it will be ready to upload to a listing service or print a brochure.

A wide-angle lens is employed to capture full-room views. The best photographs of 100+ taken are selected from a typical shoot of a 2 - 3 bedroom house.

You will be emailed a web address where your pictures will be available for download. Typical turn-around is next business day. This offer is valid until notice is removed.
