This is for agents and sellers serious about selling property

Seasons change and the snow-covered exterior doesn't work well in the listings anymore. This shoot will include the front and rear of the property, and any special features such as pools, decks and tennis courts. Images will be post-edited in Photoshop producing that sought after "pop" that attracts attention and results in showings.

The owner must arrange for the yard to be freshly mowed, with leaves raked and trash removed. Yard toys and tools should be stored in the garage (hoses, too). Don't forget to sweep the sidewalks and driveway. You get the idea. No cars in the driveway!
