What separates Fred Depp Photography from other, perhaps less-expensive, services is a work ethic and attention to detail resulting in images that enable an agent to sell a property at a higher price with less time on the market. Top-earning agents know the difference and will recognize it quickly.

What matters is what is needed by a specific agent (you) to match your marketing style. Every image provided has been edited in Photoshop to correct for color and aberations caused by shooting with a wide-angle lens. You are emailed a link to an Internet-accesible folder with all your images. These include files sized for the Internet and larger files for use use in brochures, submission to social networks or placed in a display ad in the local paper.

A virtual tour is included with every shoot!

There are a wide variety of virtual tours available in real-estate promotion. Your tour will be hosted for one year or until you request it to be removed. Chances are if you've seen a tour type on the Net, it can be provided. Here are samples of the tours that can be provided:

Standard Virtual Tour - Two versions are included--one for the MLS (no branding) and one for use on your own website, social networks, and syndication to third-party real-estate sites such as Zillow, Trulia, & Google Base.

Many other types of tours can be provided at a fee. The standard tour is included in the price of a property shoot.
