Complete digital coverage of the front and rear exteriors, interior rooms, and featured attributes of the property. Images are processed in Photoshop for optimum color, contrast, and sharpness. Images are delivered in highest quality JPEG format in a size suitable for upload to the multiple listing services and for brochure creation. $85 - (Properties Listing up to $300K) - Typically 15 to 20+ images. $100 - (Properties Listing $301K to $500K) Obviously the number of images will increase with the size of the property. Typical is 25 to 35 images. $150 - (Properties Listing $501K to $1 Million) - Typically 60+/- images. |
| $75 - Twilight and Night View External Photograph - This type of photo requires an extra trip that must be scheduled around twilight (the 15 minutes before and after sunset). One or two views are provided at various levels of twilight.. | |
| $35/hour - Additional Photoshop or camera work. | |
| $35 - Trip charge for a cancelled shoot should the property not be available for any reason upon the arrival of the photographer. | |

Images are processed from Canon's RAW image format to JPG maximum quality in a size that has been suitable for uploads to multiple listing services and preparation of typical brochures (860x572px). These images are made available in web accessible folders typically the next business day after a shoot. Images at higher resolutions and sizes are available for an additional fee. |
