Standard	$150 - Modest to mid-sized home (upto 3500 sq.ft.) Standard Plus	$200 - Full-sized home (Typical: 3500+ sq.ft.)
Enhanced	$300 - Full-sized feature home (Typical: 4000+ sq.ft.) Advanced lighting techniques applied when appropriate
Custom	Starting at $400 - Premier home A meeting with the agent is suggested to review the house in person, define the exact needs, and plan the shoot. Pricing is agreed upon as a result of this meeting.
Misc	$75 - Twilight and Night-View External Photograph - This type of photo requires an extra trip that must be scheduled around twilight (15 minutes before and after sunset). One or two views are provided at various levels of twilight.
	$35/hour - Additional Photoshop or camera work
	$45 - Trip charge for a cancelled shoot should the property not be available for any reason upon the arrival of the photographer

Payment is due at time of shoot - Payment can be via check, cash or credit/debit card (using the Square CC Service)
Payment arrangements available for agents with multiple shoots.

All images are post edited (Photoshop) and uploaded to a folder that is web accessible. Photos are resized and suitable for uploads to multiple listing services and preparation of typical brochures. Basic through Standard Plus shoots are typically available the next business day.

There are a wide variety of virtual tours in use in real-estate promotion. Your tour will be hosted for one year or until you request it to be removed. Other tours are availble to meet your needs. The important concept is that the images provide a larger view than available from the MLS.
