Photography Pricing

Prices quoted apply to photography and post editing. Images are provided in .jpg format accessible from the Internet in your own private folder. Images can also be supplied on CD or DVD.

This price list is to serve as a guide for pricing and subject to change depending on project requirements. You'll know the details before the shoot.

$99 (up to 10 rooms) - Includes typical images needed for listing services and brochures. Outdoor shots and all inside rooms will be taken with a wide-angle lens. All images provided are edited for web use or print.. Typically 20-25+ photographs are provided sized for use on most MLS listings (800x533 pixels or larger). All images selected for use are individually edited (Photoshop and other software).

$199 (11-16 rooms) Obviously the larger the property, the more resulting images.

$75 - Twilight External Photograph - This type of photo is an extra cost because an extra trip must be scheduled around twilight (the 15 minutes before and after sunset).

For larger projects - Call

Full sized (very large files) can be provided on CD, DVD or for Web download (stored for 60 days) - add $15

$50/hr - Digital images are provided in a file accessible on the web. All images selected for use are individually edited. The number of photos depends on the project. Call for details on your specific needs.

All images selected for use are individually edited for typical use on social networking and dating sites. The results can be tailored to fit your needs. Portrait photography is suitable for print or web use. Portraits for social networks and dating sites is intended for just that and may not be the best choice for printing.

$150 - Capture a night's performance in still images at a single venue, providing 40+ pictures on a CD or DVD usable in print or web-based promotion. (up to 4 hours on location - $35 each additional hour)
