  You are competing with listings that use images shot by professional photographers, so your listing will stand out if the images are shot with the right equipment by someone with experience! Despite the fact that your agent may have spent several hundred dollars for a nice point-and-shoot camera, they may not have the equipment or skill to showcase your property in the best light.
